Nick had to go finish a job down in Ceder City. So we went with him after work on Friday. It was another fast get away and it was worth it. Chris, Jane and Mckinlay came with us. Nick needed Chris help and Jane and I and the kids played all day. It was nice weather we were able to swim pretty much the whole day I couldn't get them out of the pool. We haven't been swimming outside all year. Because of the beautiful rain I personally love rain it is one of my favorite things. It was fun to be with the kids and just bond together. Maddie and Bridger tried to teach me how to swim they tried the butterfly and the breast stroke. I don't see how these strokes our ever easy or can get you across the pool but they loved helping me and lets say laughing at me too. It was fun family bonding time.

It was so pretty

on top of the roof it was amazing
On Friday after Nick got home from scout camp, we went up to Salt Lake for a little get away. We went to the museum and walked around temple square to see the sites. Nick showed us were he is going to work(he got a job for the church still does work on the side). We also had a tour of the Conference Center it was so much fun the kids loved it because they haven't been able to go to conference. So we checked the weather
and took a break on the moon for a second
and headed for Mars

When Daddy's Gone

I left the kitchen and came back to this.
I let her finish and this is what I get a pretty little face
Nick has been going every where lately. He has been working in Ceder City, Taking his brother Nelson moving truck to Texas, and this week he is at scout camp. I'm not very good at being alone it is hard for me. We try to keep busy we have finally moved Maddie's cloths in with Kate. They have been sleeping in the same bed for about six months now it was about time to put them together. We have been to a lot of softball games and it was the city tournament for Maddie. She did so great they won two games then lost one. Then they won and then they lost but they got second. So bring on state in July. I try to think of stuff to do while he's gone so I'm not going crazy and this is what happened one day.

Little Red Ridding Hood

I did it again. I love this Bike race(ride). It is up in Cashe county. It starts in Wellsville and it goes up into Idaho. Amber and I did the Sixty four mile ride and her friend Heather and her niece did the hundred miler. It was super fun they have stops along the way. They have subways for lunch and lots of snacks.

It was the best weather a little over cast. I was glad it wasn't like last year it hailed on us and the wind was killer. I just wish I could have gone farther but my tush can't make it any longer then that. I hope that I can do it again next year I love it. Some more pics to come

Who Want's Lemonade

The first lemonade stand of the Summer. My kids love to have a lemonade stand and they ask me every day. They love the idea of people giving them money. It is fun to teach them the value of money. We had them pay back there expenses and then there tithing. They still had two dollars each not bad for a lemonade stand. There best costumer in the tie (Nick) he was on his way to young men's. I just think they our so cute.
