All the grandkids that came
On Saturday it started with Nick going to Payson to finally take his test for his hunter safety. Yes he was there with a bunch of twelve year old's and two others his age. He passed with flying colors and now it's my turn. That morning was also our ward Christmas breakfast. It was weird being there with out nick but lets say I never saw my kids the whole time, they have a lot of friends in our ward. Then it was to the store to get food for my diner. The Cluffs had a progressive diner and I was in charge of main dish lets say I cooked a ton and thought maybe there will be left overs but to no avail it was gone. And people wishing for more, next time 3 large bags of chicken from Costco. We started at Spencer's house in Springville and made are way back. Every ones house was so cute for Christmas it was fun to see every ones tree. The girls are truly amazing cooks the food was Delicious. the kids loved seeing all the kids homes and playing at every ones. We ended at Grandmas house and had desert. We had the privilege to have Santa stop by and give the kids a Christmas gift. And then we did our gift exchange with everyone the kids love giving gifts to the cousins they got. It was a great day thanks everyone.

Tis' the Season

We started our Christmas count down. We have the kids fill out four strips of paper we have them write there name on one then three things they love to do or read or eat about Christmas. Then we rip one off and do what it says. The best is when it lands on them we all say things that we love about them and do one service project for them. The kids really love this and they never let us miss a night.
We never miss a year to enjoy the temple Square lights. My kids love going up and just walking around. Every year I think it was prettier then last year. It;s always on the top of our list.

Yes this is the train we road it is so cute. And it can pulls about fifteen big people. This man has made tracks that go along his amazing yard and kids yards. It takes you all around and stops at the North Pole. You get to sing with Santa and sit on his lap. Then you hop back on and go around and see these beautiful pictures of Jesus life and an amazing nativity. He does it for free and at the end he has were you can donate to primary children's and write in books for the missionary's. What an amazing family to do this great thing for others.

We always make a Gingerbread House and that is always a favorite thing to do. The kids love because there is always a tone of candy left.

On Saturday we had fun spending time with each other. We always go Christmas shopping together and then we split up into boys and girls. The girls buy for the boys and boys buy for the girls. We have a lot of fun walking down the mall trying to hide what store we have been to. The kids help but the presents with there allowances. It truly is fun its our way of teaching our kids to give to each other.

Our Christmas Home

First things first here is our house in all it's Christmas glory. Here is a picture of my most valuable Christmas decoration. Nick gave me a piece every Christmas. I love it dearly that's why it's high on a shelf.I love Santa's so they have there own special spot my kids love these.
I finally finished these stockings I made these in time last year but they never got hung up. So you can tell I'm happy to have them up.
Here is our Christmas tree and we love it.

Thanksgiving in Missori

This year we were invited to Nick's brother Tyler's house in Missouri. We weren't sure if we were going to go because the drive is 24 strait hours there. And that would make any person go crazy but we found the best plan tickets only two weeks before it was a miracle. We left the Tuesday before thanksgiving. It was a fun flight with 20 Cluff's on board. On Wednesday the boys helped Tyler put siding on his house and we started the cooking for fifty people. It was so fun for the kids they played all day the loved being there playing out side it was a blast. On thanksgiving we had a nice dinner it was Delicious. After we went out and played on there 2 acres. They have a little motorcycle we all road so much fun. Then Nick and Brady found Colton's go cart and got it fixed and running it only took a minute. Colton was so funny he said he has been trying to fix it for years. And once his two uncles get on it, it only takes a couple of minutes. He was so excited to have them there. We had a tone of fun. Then on black Friday we went to the zoo it was free and the best zoo ever. We have never had so much fun it was really nice for me because I have a cold and couldn't smell any thing. I think that's why I loved it so much. Then that night we went to Tyler's youngest child Baptism. Sadie was so cute it was so nice to be there for her. She was so cute in her white dress and to watch all the cousins sing. On Saturday we all went up to Navauoo. Ty and Floris said they would watch all the kids if we wanted to do session. It was amazing to be there I loved the spirit around the temple. We asked for a little tour we saw the sealing rooms and the baptismal fount it was amazing of the work they did. Then we went to see Carthage Jail it was a great experience for us as a family to see this place. How Joseph and Hyrum were here for so long and to see were the bullets came through the door. It was so very touching. The spirit was amazing. We also went to see there graves and to see some more of the church history sites. The kids were so good they loved to be there. For all of us it was a good experience. Then on Sunday we all went to church and lets just say we were their ward it is so fun to got to church out side of Utah. At night we always had fun visiting with each other and playing games to all hours. On Monday we went to the Arch (the gateway to the West) it was huge and neat to see how they did it. We rode up to the top talk about a scary experience. My kids loved it up there they didn't want to come down. Then we went to the Hard Rock Cafe it was a blast. Then after we met up with the rest and went to the science museum it was nice because it was free and my kids love that kind of stuff. Then we came home and packed it was hard to see how fast the week had gone we had a real good time. We were so grateful to Ty's family for all they did for us thanks again. We flew home on Tuesday morning it was great to come home but we have never been so tired in our lives lets just say we all took a huge nap.
