I'm proud to be an American

I'm so lucky to live in a country where I have the freedom to choose how I live my Life. I'm so honored by all the people who fight for our country. I'm glad that we can choose what religion we want to be apart of. I love this time to think how wonderful our country is an how beautiful it is to live here. On the forth of July we woke up and went to our bike parade and breakfast with all our neighbors and friends. The kids were so cute in there red, white and blues. I love that my husband will were his patriotic colors and feel proud to were them. It was a beautiful day to hang out with the kids and just spend time all together. Nick and I attempted our first cheese cake and we double batched it. They both came out so pretty with no cracks. They were so good the glass pan one worked better. The crust wasn't hard like the dark pan, so any one who has a good recipe I would love to try another. That night we went to the Cluffs and had dinner and went to the park to play games. Then we went back for dessert and fireworks. It was so nice because usually we go to a grassy spot next to the Stadium of Fire but the traffic and the people its a total nightmare. It was awesome at the Cluffs because you can see the whole valley and all the fireworks. the kids were in heaven with all the sparklers thanks Gaylee and all the glow sticks thanks grandma. Nick and Nelson put on a good firework show a little crazy when those to get together not the best of example what you should do with fire. But it was fun to watch them. So I hope everyone had a wonderful 4Th of July.
